1. Agreement: By accessing BeyondtheSummitCoaching.com, submitting a form, purchasing a program, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.
2. About Our Services: Beyond the Summit Coaching offers personal development coaching, executive coaching, group coaching programs, workshops, and retreats. All services are coaching in nature. Nothing provided through this website or by Josh Magro constitutes psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, or a licensed clinical relationship. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.
3. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or purchase services.
4. Payments and Refunds: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the point of purchase. If a refund policy applies to a specific program or offering, it will be disclosed at checkout.
5. Sessions and Scheduling: Sessions are conducted via Zoom or by phone. It is your responsibility to appear at the scheduled time. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.
6. Confidentiality: We treat your personal information with discretion. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected and used.
7. SMS Messaging Program: By opting in to SMS communications from Beyond the Summit Coaching, you agree to receive text messages related to coaching programs, session reminders, promotions, and updates.
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, submit your phone number through our opt-in form again and we will resume sending messages.
